In July of this year, there was article written in the Times Argus regarding Home Depot moving into the Ames Shopping Plaza located in Berlin.

Additionally, the City of Montpelier is building a round about at the intersection where this property resides.

This will undoubtly bring jobs and commercial development opportunites that will postively affect

Regarding any improvements on this property, the roof will need to be replaced in the next 2-3 years and the electricity for apartments units 1 and 2 need to be separated.
